These terms govern your application for, and purchase of, products from 1of1 Touring — including the Founder's Edition Touring Bag. By submitting an application or completing a reservation, you agree to these terms.
About 1of1 Touring
1of1 Touring is the limited-drop label of 1of1 Motorsport. We design and hand-build very small runs of numbered objects intended to outlast the cars they ride in.
We are an independent brand. 1of1 Touring is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Porsche AG, Porsche Cars North America, the Porsche Club of America, McLaren Automotive, or any vehicle manufacturer, dealer, or trademark holder referenced in our photography or marketing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply or purchase. By submitting a reservation application, you confirm that you're applying for yourself or as a gift, and not with the intent to resell.
Application and invitation
Pre-sales are by application. Each application is reviewed by hand. Not all applicants are invited. If your application is a fit, we'll send you a private link to complete your reservation.
We may decline any application at our sole discretion. Declining isn't a comment on you personally — we keep these drops to a small group.
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. The Founder's Edition Touring Bag is $2,800 USD per unit. Payment is taken in full at reservation via Stripe. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax based on your shipping address.
Edition numbering
Edition numbers are assigned sequentially in the order Stripe confirms payment. The first paid order is 001. The hundredth is 100. Your number is recorded against your name in our registry. Numbers are not held, skipped, or upgraded.
Production
Founder's Edition bags are hand-built to order. Deliveries begin summer 2026. You'll receive production updates as your bag moves through the workshop and tracking when it ships.
All sales are final
Every bag is made to order against a confirmed buyer. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective-item carve-out. If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect, write to concierge@1of1touring.shopwithin 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll review and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund. This is the sole remedy for defective items.
Warranty
We warrant the Founder's Edition against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original owner. Normal wear, damage from misuse, and modifications by third parties are not covered.
Shipping and risk of loss
We ship worldwide, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. See our Shipping Policyfor details. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to the carrier; in practice, our insurance covers transit damage and we'll handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
International orders
You're responsible for any duties, import fees, tariffs, and VAT levied on delivery by your country. These are not included in the $2,800 price.
Numbered-item registration
Each bag carries a hand-embossed edition number and a numbered certificate of authenticity tied to the original buyer's name. Transfers of ownership can be recorded against the same registry — write us when you sell or gift the bag and we'll update the record.
Cancellation by us
If, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we can't deliver your bag, we'll refund you in full. We're not liable for any other losses or damages arising from such cancellation.
Force majeure
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including acts of God, war, pandemic, government restrictions, shipping disruptions, or material supply failures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 1of1 Motorsport is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top and dated. The terms in effect when you complete a reservation govern that purchase.
