Shipping Policy

Overview
We ship the Founder's Edition Touring Bag worldwide, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Shipping is included in the $2,800 reservation price — there are no hidden carrier or handling fees from us.
Production timeline
Each bag is hand-built to order. Founder's Edition production begins in early 2026 with deliveries running through summer 2026. You'll receive production updates as your bag moves through the workshop, and a tracking number once it ships.
Delivery
We use insured ground freight with major carriers — typically FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on destination. Estimated transit time once your bag ships:
- Domestic U.S. orders: 3–10 business days
- International orders: 5–15 business days (excluding customs clearance)
A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt — please follow their instructions to schedule a delivery time.
International orders
You're responsible for any duties, import fees, tariffs, or VAT levied on delivery by your country. These vary by destination and are billed by the carrier or your local customs office, not by us. We can't predict, prepay, or refund these charges.
If a shipment is refused at customs, return shipping and any storage fees become your responsibility, and we'll refund the reservation amount minus those costs once the bag is back in our possession.
Address accuracy
You're responsible for the shipping address you provide at checkout. If a package is undeliverable because the address was incorrect, return shipping and re-shipment costs are billed to you.
Lost or damaged in transit
Every shipment is fully insured. If your bag arrives damaged, or if tracking shows a confirmed loss, write to concierge@1of1touring.shopwithin 14 days. We'll file the carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Tracking notifications
We send tracking by email once your bag is collected by the carrier. Subsequent transit updates come from the carrier directly. If you don't see them in your inbox, check spam — and add concierge@1of1touring.shop to your contacts.

Shipping for products purchased through 1of1 Motorsport's main catalog or pcarfolk events is governed by their respective policies.
